Terms of service

Draft for legal review before launch.

The service

Mayorbanx lets Discord server owners sell paid roles. We grant a role when a payment is confirmed and remove it when access ends or a payment is refunded.

Fees

Mayorbanx is subscription software. Sellers pay a monthly subscription for each platform they use, and Mayorbanx takes no commission on their sales. Payment processing fees charged by the payment partner are separate.

Sellers are responsible for

• What they sell and the accuracy of its description.
• Honouring their refund and support commitments to buyers.
• Complying with Discord's terms and applicable tax and consumer law.

Acceptable use

No illegal goods or services, fraud, or abuse of the service. We may suspend accounts that put buyers or the platform at risk.
